Pros

Zoom is a fantastic organization overall. The CEO is literally the best and most caring person I've ever met, and he's genuine. While the company is growing it's structure the culture makes it the best company in the world to work for.

Cons

Culture is the biggest part of our company and doing the right thing really does matter to everyone. The company has hired some leaders that just don't fit that culture, but they do a good job faking it to your face. The upside on this is the CEO, Eric, is extremely transparent and makes sure that any questionable things get resolved.

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
