Pros
Great products that basically sell themselves, great use cases and customer branding. The company does offer basic healthcare and services to make life easier and balanced for their employees. They try to bring diversity and inclusion to the global employee base, they are generous with their benefits and bonuses.
Cons
No strategy, no prioritization, no thoughtfulness into the coming months from a leadership level which makes it incredibly difficult as managers to lead our teams. Everything is a priority, everything is urgent, nothing has a plan and is encouraged to be delivered quickly versus at high quality. Low pay versus other tech companies, lots of high level leaders who have skilled out but won't be replaced, lots of politics of who you know and how long you've been at the company. They keep adding more bandaids to problems instead of fixing the "root cause" which they preach about.
