      Pros

      We have the most current tools and if you work at Zoom, you will get a chance to build your acumen working on a bigger piece of the pie.

      Cons

      Most of us work remote and I wish I was able to work with my peers a lot more. I'm sure once Covid settles, we will have more opportunities to work with each other face to face.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
