      Pros

      Zoom treats their employees well and really tries to be inclusive. Regular communications from executives in all-hands meetings where they listen to employee feedback and answer employee questions.

      Cons

      Explosive growth at the company in the past two years means that it doesn't feel quite like a start-up anymore. Lots of new policies and procedures have been implemented and to the employee not all of them seem to make sense or be for the better.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
