      Pros

      I've worked at Zoom for 1 year now. Zoom really cares about their employees. I love working for a very fast paced company who is always releasing new features and growing their product. I can honestly say Zoom has been the best job I've had.

      Cons

      With fast growth in sales and product s doesn't always mean our processes and procedures stay up to date. I don't always know where to go for things.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
