Leadership seem to want employees to be happy and not overwork themselves. No expectations to give more than 40 hours a week. Pretty good benefits
Cons
US engineering is the “trophy wife”. All real engineering and code ownership is with the Chinese engineering team, with new hires basically only happening there. There is a feeling within US engineering the only reason we exist is political, to reassure West based customers there are no funny business. “See, we have engineers in the US!”
