Pros

Good pay Good Benefits Modern offices Good potential

No career growth No good managers/mentors You will be overworked on avg >10 hr days You will be thrown under the bus. Managers don’t own up to their mistakes and push blame onto their employees. HR will not have your back if theirs an issue with your manager. Lastly, the push to build products quickly at “the speed of zoom” just make the product end up being a very buggy one. Learn to do things during a time frame that makes sense so that you don’t have to be rebuilding the same things over and over again.

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
