Pros

The product is superior to anything on the market. 9/10 if you get to demo, you will win the deal. The people in front of the customer were top notch. Mostly friendly and helpful. Great pay and benefits. Unlimited PTO that you can actually take

Cons

Operations and support is a nightmare. There were major issues before the layoffs and now it is going to be hard to reorg and recover. They are also very left leaning. There are internal org chats where left leaning employees are free to spew outrageous political stances and to unchecked and if you have an opinion other than theirs you are not safe to voice an opinion. Leave the political chat at home

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
