      Pros

      My experience at Zoom was very rewarding. It provided great benefits to my family, my career growth and also a great work/life balance. I was fortunate and lucky to be part of such a great company during its time. For majority of my experience at Zoom, the right leadership team was present to ensure our growth success. The vibe and energy was great and it made getting to work very fun.

      Cons

      As Zoom started to expanded into the cloud PBX and contact center market, it became more convoluted more difficult to navigate as a sales rep. Being accountable for oneself it the sales rep priority, but the team communication started to drop off. New leaders came aboard and shook up the whole vibe, in a negative way.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
