      Pros

      Product market fit is really strong. Innovation of platform and future of company looks steady. Great place to learn UCaaS and defined sales process.

      Cons

      Comp plan changes (for the worst), exec changes leading to new policies and KPI’s, and drowned in support requests make it tough to have time to sell.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
