      Good coworkers passionate vibes team works support each other Salary best as per market standard fair RSU benefits, Good Medical insurence. Most of roles are WFH so its great flexibility towards work life balance.

      Cons

      No big issues, since new and fastest growing company sometime job stability could be concern. it's so boring since WFH staying at home for a long time

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
