      Pros

      Great company that actually values their employees as well as their customers. Plenty of opportunity to grow at least in my org. Best part may be the culture. It all starts from the top and the CEO really sets the pace.

      Cons

      Growing pains. As the company grows, things change. You start to notice the family-ness is getting less and less however its signs of growth that any company struggles with. Just have to ride it out.

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
