Home office in Zurich suffers the same as many - incredibly political, hires and promotions are a mix of merit and old boys club, clash of culture between the Swiss hanging on to the old days and the rest trying to drag Zurich in to this 21C Lack of work life balance If you are a woman and want to have a family - Zurich is not the company for you - follow the swiss mindset that women should be in the home
