      -Awesome coworkers! -Beautiful view of the beach -Unlimited snacks and catered lunches every Wednesday -Onsite gym, showers, and laundry -Flexible work schedule -Very casual, creative environment -Health benefits covered 100% by company -Group rides and runs each week

      -Traffic can get a little crazy around the office

      Great work/life balance. Great atmosphere for learning and growing. Feeling like you have a direct impact on the product and customers.

      Not too much I can say for the downside. I love my job.
