Pros
The people that work at Zwift are generally great people, they are doing the best they can do with the resources and expectations that are set. Many people are passionate about the mission, and depending on your team they do value career growth.
Cons
The compensation and the people team are completely out of touch with the market. You have high expectations for what you are supposed to deliver and you are severely underpaid for the market, about 30%. Internally they boast that they are competitive to FAANG companies and that they were voted for best paid. This is absolutely not the case and I have no idea who they polled for that award.
