      Pros

      The culture and benefits at Zwift were amazing: unlimited vacation, lifestyle spending account, etc. Work schedule was also so flexible and could pick and choose my hours every day.

      Cons

      The layoffs have caused a lot of restructuring so I am not doing anything that I was originally hired to do.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Great atmosphere for learning and growing. Feeling like you have a direct impact on the product and customers.

      Cons

      Not too much I can say for the downside. I love my job.
