As we shared in one of the monthly All Hands meetings last year, we have taken steps to carefully refine our promotion process to ensure an attainable, fair and consistent growth path for all Watopians. This includes our bi-annual promotion cycle which, for example, has seen more than 60 Watopians be promoted in the last two cycles. We will, however, continuously review this process as the company evolves to ensure it is fit for purpose and genuinely supporting our people to grow.
