Pros

30+ vacation days and one 4 day weekend a month

Cons

I got a call being offered the job immediately after my interview, which I should’ve seen as a red flag. You are treated as a child with the intense micromanaging and lack of freedom to even go to the bathroom. The work you do in a day is completely mind numbing and they try to run the facility like a call center where you cannot interact with the people sitting near you to even ask a question. The company used to have more humanity to it before they brought over employees from the UK. Once they arrived, unrealistic expectations were placed and the atmosphere became robotic. Employees and supervisors from the US began to quit consistently as a result of the constant change and expectations. 7 day work weeks (this is why so many vacation days are provided). Severe favoritism in the office so promotions aren’t as easy as they used to be. Worn out, exhausted supervisors are above you and they don’t want to be bothered. Management was also almost completely taken over by UK management which affected the support system employees had as they have aren’t as down to earth and humane as the original managers. Taking breaks used to be encouraged but became an issue as they only are concerned about customer contact.

Pros

Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

Cons

Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
