Rude, arrogant, belittling management, devoid of personality, professionalism, respect or intelligence. Every second you spend on company premises is watched. Zero autonomy. Toilet breaks time. No lunch break. If you're not a Stokie that has passed the 10 year initiation ceremony, or are willing to lay down with rats and get your nose soiled, you will not progress.

Some decent novelty benefits like birthdays paid off - nothing with substance.

Cons

Young British folks with god complexes will micromanage you to death. You missed their jargon by one word? Prepare to be berated. "Hot seating" on the call floor allows for everyone to get sick all at once, very lovely. Foreign attitudes brought into the American workplace, clashing with norms like not confronting disabled people about their bathroom breaks. I hate it here, and I'm desperate to get out.
