Management was also almost completely taken over by UK management which affected the support system employees had as they have aren’t as down to earth and humane as the original managers. Taking breaks used to be encouraged but became an issue as they only are concerned about customer contact.

Shifts are random, have to be ready to work at your scheduled shift time, a lot is thrown at you even when you do not know or haven't been taught, no room to make mistakes and if you do, you will be reprimanded for it, very micromanaged, need permission to go to the bathroom, timed breaks and lunch.
