Pros

None pros to be honest, their support team is good at helping employees. If i Could give zero stars I would, but since One is the lowest, I have given only one star.

Cons

The engineers are exploited constantly; bogged with unrealistic expectations, expected to learn new technologies and tools overnight and build solutions. My salary wasn't even increased by $1, after working for 3 years. In return of absolutely the lowest available pay for the area. 401k matching is almost nonexistent. Extremely partial towards sales ; who just have a basic idea of the technologies and just push the product to a customer; without getting an input from engineers who are the one who need to actually work on it. You are constantly expected to work off office hours without any overtime pay. There is no increase or hike in salaries ever. People are fired end of every quarter; usually the engineers; those who actually do the work and not just keep on sending emails and schedule meetings only. Ridiculously bad work culture and underpaid engineers for the stress they are put under constantly.

We appreciate your feedback. All of our employees are provided with annual compensation reviews upon their anniversary date each year. We offer an optional 401K with a variable matching plan that averages 3-4% annually, with immediate vesting. All engineers are well-compensated for their time and effort. While we sometimes have employee terminations, they happen rarely. 5-7 years is a wonderful tenure with a company who is trying to do everything we can to support our employees. We rarely have employees stay for that long who are unhappy with their job. I highly urge you to speak with our Employee Relations team for support.

Pros

Incredible exposure to the industry and opportunities to meet tons of vendors and manufacturers. You get to see literally every aspect of VAR sales as your job responsibilities/ scope has no end. You will have experience doing literally so many things!

Cons

“Do more with less” is the motto here. Constantly being asked for more (output, process documents, more workload, more OEM coverage) while resources are actively being stripped away. Like, adding headcount but also reorganizing the team to also take headcount away. Asking to grow your renewal rate and outreach and then being rewarded by having even more work to do in the following months / years with the same and often times less pay due to increased quotas. It’s a growing company, which is awesome, but a completely stagnant mindset. Lateral career moves are the only options, and that’s impossible as the team is constantly under water.
