It is what you make it

Pros

Solid people to work with and kind of struggle together through sometimes removed leaderships issues. People always willing to help

Cons

Highly removed leadership who doesn’t understand the systemic applications of their ask or the process to get it done. Doesn’t hire enough people but keeps wanting to go faster without headcount. Very little documentation for training and very hard to pin down who actually owns what? Promises things on front end and never actually delivered

No Support

Pros

They come across friendly to start.

Cons

No support, no resources. Training was no remotely adequate. Training was essentially attend a few meetings. My position was transferred to a dept that did not allow questions. All attempts at getting questions answered, for customer benefit, were treated as an insult. After determining that I was not fitting in, I was let go for lies. The manager was able to include in official paperwork that she counseled me on a day I was in surgery. Honestly, I was going to quit anyway. The environment was ridiculously toxic.

Pros

Family first culture, which is nice with young children

Cons

No training process put in place what so ever. My first two weeks that I was supposed to be "trained," most colleagues cancelled last minute. There was zero process put in place for new hires. Yet, someone was hired in my same role a year after me, and he had DAILY sit in training with our manager. It was quite strange. But really sets one up for failure. They have plenty of money, they need to establish a training department and trainers.

Pros

Some talented and dedicated individuals who genuinely care about their customers Average benefits package with standard healthcare and PTO offerings Flexibility in certain roles depending on your manager

Cons

Very little investment in employee training or development — new hires are thrown in with minimal guidance Poor collaboration across teams; “not my job” is a common response when issues arise Back-office functions often focus on blame rather than solutions Outdated systems and tools — multiple disconnected platforms, inaccurate data, and a frustrating CRM Deal ownership disputes are common, and overlays frequently take credit from others 401(k) match is discretionary and decided annually by leadership, creating uncertainty Leadership lacks transparency and strategic direction The sale of the company’s most profitable division was mishandled, and remnants of the old structure continue to create internal frustration
