Pros

The Covid response with flexibility to work from home is great, there is no rush to get back in the office. Assuming the cost savings is driving this effort. I wonder how many employees will resign once we have to go back into the office.

Cons

They treat you like family - RUN! The company should be run like a team, not a family. If you are not in direct sales, you are not recognized. The 401(k) Plan is a one time annual match and senior leadership can adjust as necessary. There is no ESPP and the benefits are on the lower end of industry. Perks are non-existent. Mid-Level Management is terrible. Most are only looking out for themselves. Reviews are non-existent along with raises. So many employees are afraid to jump in and show leadership since management will often interject. Workplace is toxic at best -- we will see how things work if/when we have to go back to the office.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us some feedback. Here at ePlus, we take pride in our employees having the best work environment. ePlus is a family style work space but we also run as a well functioned team. With the Covid response, we just want to make sure all of our employees are healthy and able to be around their families.

Pros

Incredible exposure to the industry and opportunities to meet tons of vendors and manufacturers. You get to see literally every aspect of VAR sales as your job responsibilities/ scope has no end. You will have experience doing literally so many things!

Cons

“Do more with less” is the motto here. Constantly being asked for more (output, process documents, more workload, more OEM coverage) while resources are actively being stripped away. Like, adding headcount but also reorganizing the team to also take headcount away. Asking to grow your renewal rate and outreach and then being rewarded by having even more work to do in the following months / years with the same and often times less pay due to increased quotas. It’s a growing company, which is awesome, but a completely stagnant mindset. Lateral career moves are the only options, and that’s impossible as the team is constantly under water.
