Pros
Flexible working schedule, and that's pretty much it.
Cons
where do I begin; I've worked for this company for six years and during this time I have only received one raise. Grossly underpaid engineers who live in California. I know colleagues who were paid under $60k what an absolute joke. That's a salary of a public school teacher. At least I wasn't exploited as much as them. Benefits are for name sake, 401k matching every year is at the end and not an even %age across the board, it is "kept hidden". which is unfair, the 401k match should be the same percentage for everyone. or it should be higher for the folks who you grossly underpay. There are no diversity events or even acknowledgement of such things, at least send out an email acknowledging black history month or pride month. no holiday for juneteenth. They gave it only one year when george floyd died. You will be treated like a number and not like a person, upper management draws huge salaries for giving a powerpoint presentation once in a blue moon, it's public records we can all see how much upper management is getting paid. You will definitely feel the hierarchy here because employees are not treated equally. I would like to give it half a star, but 1 is the least I can give.
