Not sure where to begin, but overall this place just isn't a good company to work for. I’ve found that many of the criticisms in other reviews were accurate. If you're considering joining, I'd only recommend it if you don't have other options or simply need the money. Go in understanding there's a real possibility your job won't last long. Leadership has repeatedly shown an inability to forecast, plan effectively, and build for the future, resulting in wave after wave of layoffs. The biggest red flag to me isn't the total number of people laid off as many great companies have layoffs. It's the number of separate layoff waves. The best companies may make one large correction when needed, but they generally don't repeat the same mistake over and over. Compare that to what's happened here and draw your own conclusions about managements competence. Favoritism seems to carry more weight than merit. Asking thoughtful questions or challenging decisions is often brushed aside because management is too busy or fragile to accept it. Meanwhile, leaders are given plenty of grace when they make mistakes because they do a good job of hiding them. Meanwhile others in the organization are held to a different standard. Another critique is how little authority people actually have. Many roles sound impactful on paper, but meaningful decision-making stays concentrated at the top, making it difficult to truly own outcomes or drive change. Overall, I would strongly not recommend investing your time or career here. There are some talented people throughout the company, but many I know are disengaged and looking for opportunities elsewhere. Until leadership improves its planning, accountability, and willingness to empower employees, I don't see that changing. Good luck to whoever stays or comes here.
