      Pros

      you get an hour of PTO every two weeks… thats terrific.

      Cons

      Do not care about employees wellbeing or mental health “That kid no matter what” but will work employees to death and then say we need to be there for our students even though we cant even be there for ourselves.

      Upper Management lacks transparent communication. Crucial conversations are not had, will place on disciplinary action instead of growth opportunities for correction.
