-The training as someone who is entering into the BPO industry is very sound. -Pay is average considering the type of industry the company is as well as considerations from other BPOs in the country. -Grat place to start out in the worl of work.

Cons

-Poor management. -Turnover is very high. - Client/Internal policies seem to change overnight.

Pros

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
