Unprofessional Work Environment - Customer Service Representative iQor Employee Review

I suffered bullying and harrassment during my time at iQor. Management was unproffessional and, at times, incompetent. The work environment was so unprofessional. I worked with drug dealers and everything else. Management was so focused on the job that they neglected to focus on quality and competence of their employees. There was so much favoritism amongst supervisors and their teams. The shift bids were unreasonable. I truly hated working at this place. I have never see so much confrontation and disrespect in a workplace.
