Pros

great pay. unlimited overtime. energetic fun managers and supervisors. very laid bk enviroment

Cons

tooo many rules as far as what to do on the call. nonstop calls bk to bk to bk. constant listening in on calls and the supervisors yell down the aisle as they are listening to the calls and your trying to tlk to the customer, like really? too much noise sometimes.

Pros

It's a steady paycheck with decent health insurance options.

Cons

There is very little room for advancement. The company is loyal to those already in management, regardless of how poorly they preform and how many employees they lose as a result. No amount of effort nor performance on your part will change that. There is no discussing issues involving management with HR. The environment is toxic and unprofessional. The salaries offered are at the lowest point of the spectrum for the industries they support.
