Pros
I guess the pro was the little purse you get that you can use for PTO, dental benefits, coupons, etc. Also most people were pretty friendly, even though the environment sucked.
Cons
Terrible management, unrealistic expectations of employees, unkept promises, they were recently sued for not paying employees well-deserved overtime pay, so there's that. At the place I worked, most if not ALL of the chairs were falling apart, some breaking while you were on a phone call, headsets were always breaking, etc. The supervisors were usually messing around and making all kinds of noise. Breaks were terribly short and enforced by supervisors coming out to come get you. Plus it had terrible lighting, the windows weren't allowed to be open so it was very bleak.
