      Pros

      The job itself is very easy to do and the trainers make it fun and easy to understand. If you show up everyday and do the job correctly it is easy to get bonuses and pay raises. Coworkers make the job much more enjoyable.

      Cons

      Management is extremely unorganized and will tell employees one thing and then do another, they also don't seem to care much about taking care of loyal employees if an issue arises.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
