Nothing good to report except old RMS people are still keeping things decent there.
Cons
Annual ranking of talent (people) which is not even legit. Ranking is scaled so people MUST be fired. You could be very good, (and known by all as a top performer) yet still be ranked low so others can be saved. Benefits package was horrendous. You receive a "purse" of eligible dollars to spend and from that you buy into your health, dental, etc. Problem is, the purse is entirely gone with just health & nothing else. No tuition reimbursement, etc. And PTO is used for holidays since iQor claims to be a 24/7/365 company. For the poor souls still left at old RMS in Bethlehem and who have no other choices (since iQor is the only real collections call center operation in the area), I feel bad. IQor is not an employer of choice and is not well respected in the industry. I left on good terms, but hope other leave as well.
