Management places targets on people's backs. If they do not like you you will be out before you can even see what's happening. The stats you are required to meet are unrealistic and steadily increased. The communication between corporate and the individual site is not the best. Agents hear about changes weeks or even months after they happen and when corporate comes they take a week to clean the building and get things ready for security audits. They "clean up for the guests" while any other time the building is disgusting and completely out of security guidelines. If corporate showed up without telling them the site would be shut down.
