      Pros

      Good while it lasts. Supervisors are all out to take the best agents, if you don't want to switch they WILL find a way to fire you.

      Cons

      8/10 checks don't have the bonuses promised due to "company issues" roaches and bed bugs on the sales floor.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
