Relaxed working environment, good HR programs
Cons
They cut costs by not having all departments such as HR / Payroll etc on each site, they have a single person or a few people in these roles and run off a centralized system which doesn't work. They also have all these internal systems that they say are innovative however they tend to be substandard and time consuming.
