      Pay is good, they serve food time to time, that’s it

      Cons

      Everything else, from stupid management to the robotic scripts you have to read. They kept changing it every minute.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
