      Relaxed environment. Almost too relaxed, easy interview, quick hire, no drug testing

      Very disorganized, low pay and bad benefits IF you even get the benefits package from HR before the deadline to enroll is up

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
