The pay is decent. Lenient with tardies - You come in late, you can avoid tardy by working later.

Where do I start.. If you have experience in collections you will hate this place. They do everything wrong or as backwards. The desk shuffles are never done on time or they are done too early without notice.. You are constantly working hard and not getting credit for accounts you set up. The bonus structure is bad, very low. We've realized that whenever we hit goals we are always dinged over silly things. I never get paid the full hours I work because theres always issues logging in and issues with their system freezing or shut down all day. Theres a delay in the phone and your phone calls have static - no one can hear me . Everyone does their own thing or has their own rules. There's no order - everyone talks all day and when you are on a phone call you cant focus or hear because of this. Also the cubicle walls come up to your neck so theres no privacy. There are bed bugs and roaches that we see during the day. There are no benefits or paid time off. RUN!! Oh and there are mice.
