Pros
You can ask for shifts to be covered. They try to have fun activities every once and awhile. Lots of bonus money opportunities. Very laid back and chill...when I was working anyways. You can get up to $400 bonus monthly, which is real simple. This is MetroPCS only btw. iQor houses several different call centers in one building. I actually like the managers to be honest. They worked with my request time off and even when i needed a schedule change.
Cons
I saw it starting to shift from laid back to a slaves back. Calls can be constant sometimes with no end. It didn't seem like every agent was taking the same amount of calls. Some got different privileges or found other ways to be off the phone while everyone else took calls. The only good shift was Mon-Fri. The other shifts were in the middle of the day usually from 1130 to 8. So you can't have a 2nd morning/night job. It's kinna hard to get raises and if you do it's something you got to keep track of because i didn't know I got a raise until i quit lol.
