Pros
You feel like you've got a dream job. You can advance here ,you can get a bonus oh we have incentives.
Cons
Everything you have been told is a lie. No bonus, no paid holiday and no incentive and you can get get fired for another co worker talking while you are on a call. Or you do get promoted only not to have a salary change and then a couple of months down the line you will be back on the phone. Or you might get a promotion for 3 days and then on the phone. If a supervisor likes you then you may get some relief only if you bow down as they wish. No place for food either and that doesn't mean your lunch can and will be eaten.
