There are not enough words to describe the many cons with this company at the Miramar, FL. They play favoritisms, they don't have qualified people that know how to train others when they get on the live floor, and if you complain they find a reason to fire you. In my training class, a highly unqualified person was set as our mentor on the floor, she was rude, she cursed us out, & she gave us wrong information. She was allowed to stat even when we pointed out that she was giving us the wrong information & she had caused one of the trainees to get so mad that they cried & walked off & quit. When you try to go to complain via the corporate route they fire the next day.
