The pay is somewhat decent, that is the ONLY nice thing I will ever say about this company.

Poor management Poor training No direction Employees talk behind your back I had actually worked for this company before the name change when they were known as First Contact/Allied Interstate. Back then it was great; the people were great and the management was nice and helpful. Boy, how things have changed. I worked there again for about a year; worst year of my life. There was no real direction given to me. One minute it was one thing, the next, something different. Then they tell me I'm not doing my job? How can you do your job when you can't even get a straight answer from anyone? To make matters worse, I have had tremendous difficulty finding a good paying job since working for this "company". In four years, all I have been able to accomplish is a low paying retail job. Every single call center job I have applied for and/or been interviewed for in FOUR YEARS I have been passed over for. I firmly, firmly believe that this company engages in blacklisting former employees they did not like or did not kiss up to them enough. There are other jobs out there, don't waste your time!
