      Paid time off. Weekly Incentives. Set pay ($10/per hour). Good opportunity to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Drama-filled environment. Supervisors pushing too hard for sale opportunities that rarely come by. Too many rules. Supervisors treat you like you're a child.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
