      Pros

      Challenging at times with making sure follow up is constantly done with customer...Getting to know my customers and patterns of payment month to month. Making the customer happy and assisting to customer needs in order to continue with the service.

      Cons

      As a company I had no down side.

      Pros

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
