      Pros

      schedule can be flexible, its a great Place if you are a student .nothing else is good . one or two supervisors are great persons

      Cons

      salary, they discount a lot in taxes if you do overtime , supervisors are a joke , they just want to do their numbers and goals and they do not care about employee. when they want to fire u they do it .

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
