Pros
I liked my direct manager. I liked 9-5 Mon. thru Friday schedule. It was nice to have cafeteria on site.
Cons
There is minimal training. The computer systems often go down. You are expected to perform with goals even when computers are down and when you haven't been trained appropriately. There is favoritism, cliques. I feel the company and the companies they employ are less than honest. Very political environment, run by the bigwigs who have probably never dealt in customer service at all. They do not really recognize a good performer, with intelligence, experience and integrity. They want people to be loyal but do not warrant loyalty. You CAN and WILL be fired, even if your performance is above average and stats are good, if just one member of management has an issue with your personality. A lot of favoritism and bad leadership.
