They do not care about the employees, they hire supervisors from other accounts who do not know what they are doing. They force mandatory Overtime and downtime when the system has issues. Salary is weak at 60 pesos/$1.63 per hour. Needs to adjusted to at least half of what the Americans are making. Not allowed to call in except when you are on the verge of death even then you have to provide proof. They misinform employees and lie to them stating that they are not allowed to voice their problems. I was lied to about not having an Human Resource Department until I had a major issue of the company trying to work me for free or else they would reprimand/terminate my employment. I had to contact the USA Iqor and the Dept of Labor Acts, and the President of Iqor to resolve the issue.
