      Great pay for top performers. Innovative technology. Lots of locations world-wide, so tons of opportunity to move around.. My local office has a phenomenal culture committed to being an employer of choice and great focus on community service. Great leadership that truly cares about employees.

      Cons

      Technology is not always reliable and resources to fix issues are inadequate for the number of employees. Benefits package is not terribly competitive.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
