      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      This is a very unprofessional environment , Supervisor are highly disrespectful and loud. Most of the reps I encountered were very childish and ghetto for lack of a better word. The training is sub par due to the fact that we did not get our log ins until the day we actually went out to the floor to take calls.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
