      The company has a very welcoming and inclusive recruiting and public relations element, and it's an incredibly diverse organization.

      Cons

      Leadership seems prone to disconnection with the workforce; advanced training and pilot programs are often comically slapdash and there is a general sense of managerial disorganization.

      Remote work possible for some contracts.

      Cons

      Pay. Pay varies according to contract and the Metrics are often times unattainable. I took a $1.25 pay cut after the company lost the contract that I was originally hired for. Almost 2 years later, working my 4th contract and still no raise. Always getting moved around and it seems like I stay in training just as much as real time work. No bonus option while in training.
